Why did you decide on a Dental Field? I’ve always felt a strong, innate desire to care for others. Growing up, I was deeply influenced by my father, who worked as an anesthesiologist in Cuba. Watching him care for his patients made a lasting impression on me. I’ve also believed that one of the most meaningful ways to connect with people is through the arts. Dentistry stood out to me because it blends both art and science—especially in the surgical aspects—which makes it a perfect fit for my interests and values.

What is something people don’t know about you? I also majored in Musical Theatre
What is your favorite food? There are so many to choose from—I really enjoy food from ALL over the world. But if I had to pick a go-to, it would definitely be Mexican cuisine.
